- Elizabeth Kerry Review added: 2018.03.14★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have probably had over 50 yoga teachers in various classes over the last ten years and Hsin's classes are without a doubt the best. Her classes heal from the inside out, and I leave every class feeling like I've focused on my physical, mental, and emotional self. A lot of teachers seem to 'go through the motions' with their classes, but you can tell Hsin cares about each class and each student, and that she dedicates considerable time to planning themes for each class - no two classes are ever the same. I also love that her classes are accessible for all levels and that it brings together beginners as well as the more experienced. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking to start or continue their yoga practice!
